I just caught this rather sad bit of news while browsing Tony Mitchell’s site. Apparently a dispute with their landlord has led them to make this decision.
Although I never managed to get my act together during my visits to London and actually get to the Cafe, I’m always a little saddened when I learn of such a closing. And while the store may be going, you can still shop at their online store for kinky notecards, books and more.
