As fetish fashion proliferates across the globe, we are seeing more and more fashion designers taking rubber clothing into uncharted places. Coeur Jolly is a French company creating fetish garments out of raw rubber and constructing them using traditional leather working techniques to create fantastic, one of a kind pieces.
From the Coeur Jolly site, “Corsets, sensual dresses, mysterious masks, micro-skirts, fetish toys and even submission armchairs born from rubber recycled in the hands of this designer magician. The raw material is treated until taking a surprising aspect of leather, while preserving the sensation of rubber. The creator does cut, pierce and sews all the parts with the hand in order to make them “stick” as well as possible to women’s forms.”
They make some really interesting pieces and we look forward to seeing more of these unique designs in the future!
