Russian born, American raised photographer Nadya Lev is only 24 years old, but has a lifetime of experience handed down from her father, photographer Yuri Lev. Nadya’s photos seem to be everywhere lately, as she continues to expand on her impressive portfolio of colorful, ultra-glamorous, fetish fashion.
Along with her photography work, Nadya has been busy at work on her new blog, and soon to be released meat-space publication, Coilhouse. Informative, engaging updated frequently and simply cool on all levels, the worlds retro-future art, fashion, and alt-culture collide at Coilhouse. Nadya, along with co-conspirators Zoetica Ebb and Meredith Yayanos describe it best in the site’s mission statement:
“A love letter to alternative culture, written in an era where alt culture no longer exists. On paper and on the web, a collection of articles, interviews, rants, musings and imagery showcasing the planet’s bravest explorers of Ye Olde Future.
