Crazy-Rubber & Friends Under Attack! on Jun30 06

Crazy-rubber & friends has been closed down for a few days because of a DOS attack by hackers. Gixxi and Sandmann is working hard to save the old data and reinstall the server. There is not estimate on how long it will take., but every member of the website will be informed by email as soon as the site is back online.

    In my understanding they were hacked, and the hacker installed a software on the crfriends-server to DoS-Attack a unknown different server.

    Well, it’s “nice” to know they weren’t the “target”, just the “means” of the attack, but this still sucks. There are always a few people intent on ruining things for everyone else. I am glad they are back online.
