   Hello i ordered several items from house of bias that were never send to me. After long (months) back and forth communication, as they said: first new latex needed to be ordered, than postponement due to illness, postponement due to to less stamps, illness in the family , wrongly send...didn t arrive, so called send again....so that my paypal insurance also couldn t cover me anymore
   Through this means i want to warn people and ask if some people had the same experiences

   Hia,

   I was just down to London to shop for some things at Radical Rubber (which House of Bias also uses). They are moving and chaotic is a slight understatement of how it works there at the moment. After chatting with some non-locals it seems like they had like a few weeks to sometimes months delay durnig their "movement preparation phase", so especially if you ordered from abroad you are currently quite bad off. They promised to catch up as soon as possible, but that might take another 2 weeks at least.
   If I would make clothes for money I guess I would have freaked out a while ago, as it is a bit difficult to do that without latex.

   The HoB designers were in my experience quite helpfull and cooperative, but to be fair when I heared what happened, I rather sent my condolences than stressed her even more.

   Just ask them again, I am sure they will redeliver it to you ... and as you have your outfit already made, you do not even have
   to wait for the next Radical Rubber delivery, like the rest of us.

   Hi Nooderloos!
   Did you not receive your package? It was resent and we have a collection receipt for your pickup.

   Is this not correct? We're very sorry for the trouble our delays have caused you. It hasn't been the best year, unfortunately.
