Copenhagen fetish scene is calling! It's time for the popular bi-monthly Latex Fetish Meetup Copenhagen, hosted by MissFuzzyBunny, K. of StrangeLifeforms, Latex Kitty and of course me!

This meetup is a great event for beginners there wish to "test the water" in the fetish scene. You can meet other like minded people, have a drink and make new friends. Fans of fetish rainwear are also very welcome!

The latex fetish meetup takes place Saturday the 31 of May, 21.00 o'clock, at Club Faust in central Copenhagen. It's 100% FREE, there is NO DRESS CODE and it's hold in a kink FRIENDLY venue.

Daily Echo got a nice interview with Lady Onna:
"Onna had been interested in rubber from an early age. She recognised that she had a fetish - although she is uncomfortable with the seedy, anything goes' connotations of this word, preferring to describe her fascination with rubber as her sexuality.

She had also dabbled with dress designing and making and decided to combine these two interests with her knowledge of engineering to go into designing and making rubber clothing.

What's more, she decided to make rubber clothes - corsets, dresses, gloves etc - that can be worn in public.

"I love latex as a textile and I am trying to make it more accessible in the mainstream," she says."

Great news! Latex Kitty and I has started a fetish rainwear weblog together. We as a couple are quite experienced in the latex fetish realm, but when it comes to fetish rainwear, rain coats and capes we actually consider our selfs as beginners.

3xL about rainwear:
I actually liked rainwear before latex. I first got in contact with rainwear in my early teens, an experience which slowly developed into a fetish. Today, I'm building up a collection of rainwear. My favorite style is vintage gentleman's raincoats made from shiny black rubber (SBR).

Latex Kitty about rainwear:
I love to wear rainwear, both, out in public and for play.The first time I got in a fetish relayed contact with rainwear, was as I met 3xL. Since back then, my interest and fascination about rainwear is growing and going its own way. I especially like vintage rainwear fashions from the 60'ties and 70'ties, like the Danish Børmax.

She plays host at Montreal Fetish Weekend, launches a book with long-time photographer/collaborator Martin Perreault, parties with her friends, and chows down on poutine (French fries drenched in gravy and cheese curd).

The design concept of the video is novel and fun. It’s inspired by silent films, featuring clinky piano music and scene introductions set in old-fashioned fonts. The film was shot by Perreault, who has worked with Bianca for more than a decade. The closeness between the cameraman and his subjects makes for a much more natural experience for the viewer, which is nice."

Ever wish more girls dressed in latex in public? My good friend Ken did too, so he decided to create a site, Public Fetish Girls, devoted to brave girls who aren't afraid to wear the sexiest latex and pvc outfits out in public!

When I asked Ken about his thoughts about the site he said "The idea is to film the girls doing normal things out in public, such as taking a walk, shopping or commuting, but with the little difference that they are wearing different kinds of fetish clothing: PVC, high heels, latex, corsets and maybe even rain wear. That is something that I always wanted to see, but could not find anywhere."

Martin Perreault and Gil Perron invite you to the Vernissage of the very first Exhibition of Project Latex Land, a photographic concept where groups of real latex lovers are photographed in public environments. The Vernissage will kickstart the Montreal Fetish Weekend festivities Friday August 31st. @ 8PM, 917 Ste-Catherine E., Montreal, Canada.

Never before have a fetish photographic project of this scale been attempted before, with a crew of about 20 people on set and over 50 models featured in the artworks. Project Latex Land is a unique work of art, and promises to put the focus on the latex community. Go see the Exhibition!

Shot on location, Project LATEX LAND completed shooting on Sunday June 17th. Eight sets were shot, featuring between 8 to 40 real latex enthusiasts set in a parallel reality populated by colourful fetishists dressed in latex from head to toe, performing regular activities. A massive undertaking to say the least involving over 70 cast and crew members and shooting in several locations throughout the city of Montreal, Canada. While being a photographic project, the whole production was very similar to a cinematographic project with several production vehicles including Coach Buses, Mobile hair & makeup suites, Catering service trucks, Grip & Lighting trucks and on and on... a veritable little Latex Army!

Artistically, PLL creators Martin Perreault and Gil Perron were well served. "the response from both the local and international community was overwhelming" says Martin. In fact, this project relied exclusively on real life latex lovers and heavy rubberists as its cast, the idea being that it was all about showing the true believers in a very different light! Gil continues: "The international response came as something of a shock, we never really revealed the contents of the concept and yet, people from all over chose to jump on a plane and spend some time with us". Indeed! People showed up from New York city to as far as Sweden and the UK! A Sweden cast member sent the following testimonial after his Latex land experience: "I made the longest journey of my life to come to Montreal and viewing back I only can say that it worth the effort. I met many wonderful people and was warmly welcomed, and I am really grateful for that."

The scenes themselves ranged wildly in flavour and settings but it was obvious that nothing was left to chance. One scene involved a large scale dinner at a fancy restaurant... and everything was perfect, from the "fake food", table settings, and over 25 friendly pervs in latex! This type of extravaganza was repeated for every scene. While Martin and Gil wish to keep the contents of the project somewhat secret until the official Premiere Exhibition August 31st 2007 during the Montreal Fetish Weekend, we can safely say that the final imagery, while being completely out of the standard fetish repertoire, will offer visuals on a scale never attempted before in the latex scene. The exhibition will offer, without a doubt, a sensational experience.

Jane Doe's new website is finally online. It defines a new standard in rubber couture. By that is coming up a new, darker, neo-classical edge, which is challenging the fetish scene to bring itself up into the 21st century.

Blackstyle got a few new items on their site. The hipster shorts with colored trims/inserts looks great. I would like to have one of those for my next summer trip to the beach, to use them as bathing shorts. Wouldn’t it be nice to take a short rubber trip in public?

The Project - LATEXLAND is an artistic endeavor from the photographers Martin Perreault and Gil Perron, there are envisioning a place where wearing Latex is natural. A place where a latex enthusiast would be free to wear his/her rubber freely and in the most natural of manners. Imagine it! Martin and Gil have imagined it... and now they want to capture it in images and video!

They hope to have anywhere from 3 to 30 model/actors in each scene - so needless to say that they seeks males and females models of any age.

Nasty Pig is a New York based company, there makes naughty Playgear from Nasty Pig Rubber. A form of raw rubber there feels like rubber, but looks like leather. Great for those there want to wear rubber out in public, but don't like to much attention.

What really got my attention, where the PlaySheets! They are machine washable too! So when you have finished abusing them, you just toss them in the wash. Easy!
