Leading latex fashion designers Libidex have launched what is probably the first customer loyalty card in the fetish fashion world.
The ‘Liberation Club’ is designed to attract regular customers of Libidex and other fetish aficionados by offering them discounts of up to 20% on all purchases of Libidex clothing, bonus points on what they spend at Libidex, plus a certain amount of free repairs and made-to-measure items.
Other benefits include money off tickets to clubs and events such as Torture Garden, Erotica, Club Rub, Antichrist, Wasteland Amsterdam, Club Subversion, Club Domina, and Night of Venus, together with a Club newsletter with exclusive special offers and even a Christmas present.
The Club offers three levels of membership: Platinum at £200 per year; Gold at £100; and Silver at £50. And, until the end of November 2010, anyone joining the Liberation Club will get 25% off their first year’s membership fee. Members will have their own personalised membership card to use to obtain discounts at the Liberation shop, and an exclusive membership number to log in with on the Libidex site: www.libidex.com. Libidex’s owner and head designer Simon Rose believes it is the first loyalty card to be launched by any fetish fashion house. “I’m pretty certain this is a first, but even if someone else has beaten us to it, the Liberation Club offers extremely good value. For example, a Platinum member paying £200 a year would only need to spend £500 a year at Libidex to recoup the membership fee, and save money on purchases too. So you really can’t lose!
“We’ve had a good response so far with a fair number of members already signed up. So I hope some more people will take advantage of the special offer we’ve got this month and become members too.”
Certainly not the first, by chance I was putting a Zeitgeist catalogue 1990 on ebay this week and they offered a Gold Card which gave discounts on clothing,mags, videos(remember those! ), accessories, reduced price admission to Submission, Skin Two parties ,Scream etc.
