One of the UK’s leading fetish nights Club Rub has moved to a swanky new venue in South London. Based in Vauxhall, The Lightbox is home to some of the top names in the dance music circuit and has established itself as major draw in the London clubbing scene.
Club Rub – renowned for being London’s friendliest fetish club – has subsequently relaunched its monthly event which usually takes place every second or third Saturday of the month from 10.30pm till 4.30am. The next one will be on 23rd January with the theme of ‘Heaven and Hell’, where revellers can choose a variety of outfits: anything from angels, priest, nuns and wizards to demons, devils, vampires and witches. The Club Rub website has plenty of costume suggestions and tips and has an excellent new gallery and FAQ page.
Regulars can testify to Club Rub’s warm, sexy and colourful vibe, whether it be as a stand-alone spearhead of funky fetish or as THE London afterparty venue of choice for international events. With a high standard of house and techno music supplied by Irish Pete and Rob Parish, the night retains its own fully-kitted dungeon complete with a ‘Grope corridor’. The popular and discreet cushioned ‘Harem Den’ still remains a favourite area. Check out this clip from the forthcoming Club Rub movie Box of Delights for a flavour of what to expect.
