Over the past week, Kink Engineering has released a series of teaser images leading up to the first item in a new line of armbinders. Their box-tie armbinder will be released on Valentine’s day, with a one-day only dale of 30% off.
Marika (aka Archean), the new CEO of Kink Engineering is very excited about the launch. “I’ve been meaning to develop a line of armbinders for some time now, and I think the latex box-tie is a very versatile start to the line. It can be modified to accommodate various levels of (dis)comfort, and the fact that it’s available in a variety of colors – medical and blood red, black and pewter – really sets it apart from other available armbinders.”
Marika took over Kink Engineering after her spouse – Matt “Mad Scientist” – passed away in May of 2012. This is the first major product launch for the company since the change in management, although they’ve been releasing some exciting new takes on their existing vacbed products. In December of 2012, they released their Carbonite photoset – a tribute to Star Wars. Later that month, they released their new Sakura Overlay vacbed. “The Sakura bed was a tribute to Matt,” explains Marika. “Cherry blossoms are a symbol of fragility and the life cycle. To honor Matt’s life I got a cherry blossom tattoo, so it seemed natural to create a cherry blossom vacbed to commemorate him in his company.”
“We’re planning a wide range of product launches this year, including a whole series of armbinders and inflatable products. Keep your eye on Kink Engineering – this year will be exciting!”
