Some weeks ago, I started my first attempt at making some latex clothing at my friends nearby N.P.N.G. workshop. I wanted to start with something simple, so I decided to make myself a pair of boxershorts.
I started by tracing the patteren from a pair of SkinTwo boxershorts. After adding some inches to the width of the pattern, I transferred them to a 0.25 mm black latex sheet. Then I used a cuttingwheel(?) to cut and ended up with seven separate parts.
Gluing the parts together was the biggest challenge. This proved to be quite a test of my patience. Especially when I was almost done gluing the waist trim on and then discovered that it was 2 inches short!
It took me around 10-12 hours to complete the shorts. Overall it was a very fun and educating experience. I very satisfied with the result and plan on making some new projects in the future.
