Rubber is her new secret weapon.
Here’s a vintage find for all you lovers of rubber mackintoshes, ladies, ladies wearing rubber mackintoshes…you get the idea! It’s a small catalogue called Girl Mack from the UK. No date is listed anywhere, but my guess is circa 1970 something. If you know any info about the company or have purchased anything from them, please post something in the comments section.

Hello Betty, the catalogue is from MacMac of Brimley Mill,Beaminster,Dorset.I have a colour brochure here which was sent in the same envelope to me around 1990.Quality was good and prices high, shiny macks were described as being coated with natural latex and the lacquered to a high shine, this was called Rubberette. They used to advertise in Exchange and Mart.
