The Marquis Fashion physical store is closing, co-working spaces are being opened, and Peter W. Czernich is selling his collectible archives.
A chapter ends, and a new one begins. Marquis Fashion closed its physical store on Flensburger Straße in Solingen after 28 years.
The historic building built in 1911 will be converted into a co-working space. Aside from latex production facilities, the new space will also house photo and video productions, as well as shipping facilities for the Peter W. Czernich webshop.
Contact Peter if you’re interested in being a part of this new fetish hotspot in Solingen.
In the coming years Peter will be selling out of his collectible archive of fetish books and magazines, so be sure to check out his fetish book and magazine webshop regularly.
I’m sad to share that Stig Christensen, the founder of ManiFest Fetish Club Copenhagen, passed away Saturday afternoon, 16th April. Stig was involved in the Danish fetish scene since 1995 and organized over 200 fetish parties.
I met Stig at my first fetish party in 2002. He showed me around and made me feel right at home. As I became a regular at Manifest, our friendship grew, and eventually, Kitty and I became good friends with both Stig and his partner.
We are deeply saddened by Stig’s early departure. We will miss his smile, laughter, and always positive attitude. We are grateful for everything he contributed to our lives and to the Danish fetish community.
Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be remembered.
Details about the funeral will be posted on Stig’s Facebook profile.
New edition of “Behind the picture” is now available on Rainwearpassion.com, and this edition is featuring the photos that I and Latex Kitty have created together, the story behind them, and a talk about the rainwear fetish community.
The goal of the “Behind the Picture” series is to explore not only the story behind a certain powerful or interesting rainwear picture but also the person depicted in the picture or the photographer who created the image.
All too often a picture is shared online endlessly; the people in the picture are reduced to objects or subjected to speculation about their motivations and feelings, and nobody will ever find out what was really behind the image.

NomenLoony is a musician from Yorkshire (UK) who shares about his latex fetish journey in his blog and vlogs. In a recent vlog entry he reviewed my latex guidebook – Rubber Life:
When I first watched NomenLoony’s latex video, I was super impressed by how well he communicated his passion for latex. It was so relaxed and wholesome.
Afterward, I was thrilled to learn that we had a lot in common: We’re around the same age, grew up with early 80s computer games (ZX Spectrum), and are open about our latex fetish… a latex brother from another mother!
